How to Use

To get the most out of your Orange Everyday transaction account (you'll need to apply for an account online first):

Make a deposit

Have your salary and other income deposited into your new account.
Transfer money from another eligible ING DIRECT account (if linked to your Orange Everyday).
'Pay Anyone' transfer from another bank account.

Start using your Visa Debit Card

Activate your Visa Debit Card.
No need to carry around cash - use your card online, over the phone, over the counter and when you travel overseas.
Press ‘CREDIT’ when shopping to protect your hard earned cash against unauthorised transactions with Visa’s Zero Liability policy.
If you need cash, get cash out at EFTPOS or you can use your card at millions of ATMs around the world.

Update your direct debits

Ask your old bank for a list of all your direct debits over the last 13 months.
Contact organisations where you have direct debit arrangements - can be as easy as a phone call.
Give them your Orange Everyday account number and BSB 923-100.
Make sure you deposit enough money into your Orange Everyday to pay for the direct debits.

Close your other accounts

Save on fees by closing your old transaction accounts.
