How to Transact
You can transact on your Business Optimiser by:
- logging on to our website
- by phoning 133 464 and using the interactive phone service or speaking
with one of our Direct Associates
You can also make deposits by:
- direct deposit - you can have third party payments, dividends or
rental income deposited directly into your Business Optimiser
- an Automatic Deposit Plan (ADP); an ADP makes regular deposits
into your Business Optimiser from your linked bank account every week, fortnight
or month (according to your instructions).
- Use our
business calculator to work out how much you need to save each week, fortnight
or month to reach your target goal(s).
- mailing us a cheque, made payable, to ING DIRECT to:
ING DIRECT, Reply Paid 3858, Sydney NSW 2001 (from within Australia)
You can manage your account via the website or phone to
- obtain details of your transactions, balances and interest earned.
- update your personal address, telephone number or email.
- set up, view, change or cancel an Automatic Deposit Plan.
