Construction Loan

If you're building a new home or renovating, this loan will help reduce interest payments during the first year of construction.

We make up to 5 progressive payments directly to your builder. As you are not drawing down on the full amount of the loan immediately, interest payments are minimised.

Our Construction Loan is ideal if you are:

Loan rate	Variable interest rate
Loan term	2 years then reverts to a Mortgage Simplifier (up to 30 years).
Loan repayment	Principal and Interest plus monthly Interest Only payments on drawn balance during construction period.
Paid by	Direct debit
Additional payments	Yes, but only after the construction period.
Monthly fee	No monthly fees
